Atlantic Ambulance was a Florida Company formed in 1971. They were purchased by LifeFleet in 1992. Operations included Broward, Seminole, and Palm Beach County, as well as the city of Key West. You probably have this as a Deleware Company because AMR (Which now owns Atlantic) was a Delaware Company.
