This is from Paramedical Ambulance which was in business from the mid 70s until approx. 1992 when it was bought out by Armstrong Ambulance. Paramedical was located in Waltham and was owned by David Rayne (deceased) who was in charge of the EMT/Paramedic program at Northeastern University. Paramedical was a small company with 3 ambulances and 1 chair car. The paramedical patch was worn on the left shoulder and the Mass. EMT patch on the right.
